I was at Zain’s blackberry launch this Friday at Country Lodge It was packed with people and although I saw a few familiar faces, there were many I didn’t know. I tried to listen hard to what was being said but I had to catch up as well.

Here are the essentials:

Blackberry – $700
Monthly costs $70 PLUS charges for your calls.

Hope I’m right…. I just wonder how many can afford it…

Why do these gadgets cost more in so called “POOR AFRICA”? I’m sure I can pick a brand new blackberry for half the price… but thats for another day
