As you can see, I’ve not posted for a while mainly because I was having severe internet problems! Last week I just got fed up with the desparate situation it caused me to find what other options I had.

I had a meeting with Zain customer service on Monday 17th Aug and as I expected, they were of little or no help. I checked the speed on some of the personnel’s laptop and it was a paltry 1.0 KB/ps or less!! Can you believe that? They also explained to me that, there’s no way I’ll be able to watch videos online -  I had to accept it!!

So I decided to give SierraTel a try and they are soooooooo mucccch better!!! I can get 20 – 50 even 60 KB/ps.  I’m sure you’d be thinking that’s so slooowww since I used to experience regularly 1MB/ps in England which I took for granted.

The good thing is I’m able to do my work and post on this blog too and that helps. So well done to SierraTel let’s hope their services get better.

Oh, by the way, initial payment is Le495,000 (about $165) and about Le550,000(about $185) for every 3 months. Yeah, initial outlay is a lot and there are NO FREE TRIALS here so you just has to rely on what current users say before taking the plunge
